Really is it true...Bentley is one... I can't believe it has already been a year. His first year has gone by so fast for me, It kind of makes me sad. He is such a sweetheart. He can always make me smile any time of the day. He can be so goofy and he knows it. He will even laugh at himself. He is not walking yet. He wants nothing to do with it. He just likes to be carried and he can get where he wants to go fast with crawling. He is 13 months while I am posting about this and just is going along at his own pace. He does talk alot. It seems like he is trying to say new words every day. His most common words to date are: doggy, daddy, Addi, papa, mama, cheese, bye, uho, uhuh, yeah. I am sure there are more but that is all I can think of right now. He has the cutest voice. It just melts my heart. He loves to play with his sister. But doesn't like how she takes toys away from him and boy does he let you know about it. He loves anything Mickey Mouse, He loves to draw, play with toy cars, going outside, bubbles, and most of all eating:). He sleeps through the night, most nights, which I love:) He still has a hard time with milk products but for cheese. He is great at making himself gag. Its bad... anyways he is a smart boy and tries to communicate as much as he can to us. Its fun to watch him learn so quickly and someday he will walk:)
For his birthday we did a Mickey Mouse theme because he LOVES Mickey Mouse. I looked all over town for this big Mickey Mouse balloon. I couldn't find it anywhere. I was so frustrated. So the day of his birthday when I went to get a few things at the grocery story for the party I was walking out and noticed in the corner of my eye this Mickey Mouse balloon. I just wanted to scream. I was so excited! And I even got the last one:) Doesn't it always work out that way? I couldn't believe I found it and in all places too. Anyways we waited for them to blow it up and it was so big that I had to put it in the front seat of my car. Well Addi said that I needed to hold his hand. So I was driving down the road with Mickey Mouse sitting next to me and holding his hand. I came to a stop light and this lady looked at me like I was crazy. It was really funny. Adelynne laughed the whole way home. So we went home with Mickey Mouse and decorated for the party. I know I drive Brandon crazy with all the stuff I do for the birthdays but I want to make it special so I go all out. I did like how it turned out. I loved his cake. Again we had Dawna decorate a cake for us. She is amazing. I always love how they turn out. Everyone came to celebrate. It was a great first birthday for him. He got so many presents. He really didn't care about opening them but when he found out there were toys inside he got more into it. He enjoyed his cake. Like I said this boy likes to eat. He is good at making messes with his food. He really enjoyed it. So I think he enjoyed his first birthday. Happy birthday big boy. We love you!

For his birthday pictures I wanted to do where he digs into his cake because of how much he loves to make a mess with food:) They turned out super cute and he loved it. Then I think he ate too much and his tummy started to hurt because he just started to cry out of nowhere haha poor guy. but I LOVE them all. There is alot because I can't pick just one:)
The day after he had a doctor appointment. He was not happy about that one. I think he remembered from last time. Anyways he pretty much cried the whole time. Adelynne had her 4 year appointment also. She did great. She told me that she would be so brave this time and not cry. She has said that before but always would end up crying. Well this time she proved me wrong and didn't cry at all. She was so excited to see how much she grew in a year. She answered all the questions and was just a big girl! They both are growing well and are healthy. Good job kiddos!:)
